The Long Story
2016
John begins his first music teaching venture at 16 years old.
At Peace Valley Studios, we are passionate about providing high-quality music education that inspires and motivates our students. Our founder, John, began teaching music at the age of 16, using his parents' home as his first teaching location. With over a decade of experience, John has developed a teaching philosophy that focuses on empowering students to unlock their full potential. We're committed to creating a comfortable and supportive learning environment where students of all ages and skill levels can thrive.
2017-2020
Music At Your Door
At Peace Valley Studios, we believe that everyone should have access to quality music education. Our founder, John, has been teaching music for years and has a passion for helping others find joy in learning. Previously, John started his first company, 'Music At Your Door', which he grew steadily for years by providing home services. Partnering with the YMCA during summer months, he built a solid reputation in the industry and continued to expand his knowledge and experience.

Since our humble beginnings in a business suite on west butler ave, Peace Valley Studios has grown exponentially, thanks to the overwhelming support of our community of students. Our relocation to a larger space has enabled us to offer even more resources and opportunities for our students to learn and grow as musicians. Our vision is to continue expanding the studio, providing more services and opportunities to our students in the years to come.

John, founder of Peace Valley Studios, is a talented musician in his own right, with a successful solo project called 'NO X ONE'. His EP has collected over 100,000 streams and he is currently working on new music. John believes that music is a powerful tool for expression, growth and healing, and he is dedicated to sharing his passion and expertise with others. At Peace Valley Studios, we believe that music is a powerful tool for self-expression and creative exploration. As a musician himself and a former booking agent and promoter at iconic venues such as The Trocadero, Voltage Lounge, and The Gem Theatre, John brings a wealth of experience to music education. Our lessons are designed to give students the tools they need to start playing and composing music right away. Our instructors are highly skilled musicians with extensive teaching experience. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced player, we can help you take your playing to the next level.
Furthering Education
At Peace Valley Studios, we strive to empower our students through the power of music. Our unique approach to music lessons has helped students of all ages and skill levels to discover the joy of playing an instrument, and the positive impact it can have on their lives. John is Autism Certified through The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), we have the skillset and experience to work with autistic students, and we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to experience music in their own way.
