📣 Important Studio Update 
New Payment & Cancellation Policy Starting September 2025

1. Payment Policy
Lesson fees are paid monthly in advance to reserve a consistent weekly time slot. Payment secures both the instructor's time and reserved studio space—regardless of student attendance.

 

Private Lesson Rates

 • 30-minute lessons:
 – 4-week month: $160
 – 5-week month: $200

 • 45-minute lessons:
 – 4-week month: $200
 – 5-week month: $250

Payments are due by the first lesson of each month.

 

2. Cancellation & Makeup Policy
To be eligible for a makeup lesson, cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice and are subject to instructor availability.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full and are not eligible for a makeup credit.

• Makeup credit lessons must be used within 30 days of the missed lesson and are not guaranteed.

• No credits or refunds will be issued for missed lessons.

• Credits may not be used in place of the originally scheduled lesson time.

 

3. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
If a lesson is canceled by the studio or instructor, a makeup lesson will be offered or a credit will be applied to the following month’s tuition.
