Payment Policy
Lesson fees are paid monthly in advance to reserve a consistent weekly time slot. Payment secures both the instructor's time and reserved studio space—regardless of student attendance.

 

Private Lesson Rates

 • 30-minute lessons:
 – 4-week month: $160
 – 5-week month: $200

 • 45-minute lessons:
 – 4-week month: $240
 – 5-week month: $300

• 1 Hour Lessons

 – 4-week month: $320

      – 5-week month: $400

 

​By enrolling in lessons at Peace Valley Studios, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Tuition & Payments​

  • Tuition is due on the 1st lesson of each month, those paying by Credit / ACH will be charged on the 1st of the month.

  • Monthly tuition reserves your instructor's time , studio space, and your recurring lesson slot.

  • Failure to pay tuition by the due date may result in suspension or cancellation of lessons until the account is brought current.

  • Tuition is based on reserving a recurring lesson time, not on attendance.

Student Cancellations

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled lesson, the lesson will be charged in full and no credit or makeup will be issued. Please remember this is to ensure instructors income stays consistent.

  • If you provide at least 24 hours' notice, your lesson will be converted into a lesson credit.

  • Lesson credits must be used within 30 days of the canceled lesson date and may NOT be used in place of regularly scheduled lesson

  • Lesson credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Makeup Lessons & Credits

  • Makeup lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and are not guaranteed.

  • Once a makeup lesson has been scheduled, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If a makeup lesson is missed or canceled for any reason, the credit is forfeited.

  • Makeup lesson credits expire after 30 days if unused.

Instructor Cancellations

  • If Peace Valley Studios or your instructor cancels a lesson, a lesson credit will automatically be added to your account.

  • Instructor-issued credits do not expire and CAN be applied toward any future scheduled lesson.

  • No additional fees will be charged when using an instructor-issued credit.

Attendance

  • Students are expected to arrive on time.

  • Lessons begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals do not extend the lesson.

  • Repeated absences or excessive cancellations may result in the loss of your reserved lesson time.

Lesson Scheduling

  • Your weekly lesson time is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Requests to permanently change lesson times are accommodated whenever possible but are subject to instructor availability.

Studio Closures

  • Peace Valley Studios may close for holidays, severe weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • When the studio closes unexpectedly, affected students will receive a lesson credit or alternate scheduling option.

Communication

  • Families are responsible for keeping their contact information current.

  • Studio updates, billing reminders, and scheduling notifications will be sent through Opus and/or email.

Student Conduct

Peace Valley Studios strives to provide a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment for all students, families, instructors, and staff. Disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the studio without refund.

Policy Changes

Peace Valley Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Families will be notified of significant policy changes before they take effect.

By enrolling in lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
