Max Parlow has been a valued member of the Peace Valley Studios team since 2020 and has played an important role in the studio’s growth over the years.

 

With experience teaching students ages 6 through adulthood, Max is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where every student can succeed.

Max holds his Autism Certificate through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES), giving him additional training and experience working with students on the autism spectrum.

 

He is comfortable adapting lessons to meet individual needs and has worked extensively with both neurodivergent and mainstream students of all ages.

 

As an educator, Max brings over 8 years of drum teaching experience and enjoys helping students build confidence while developing strong musical fundamentals. He works with beginners through advanced students and strives to make lessons engaging, individualized, and fun.

 

In addition to teaching drums and bass, Max recently launched Peace Valley Studios’ new DJ and Music Production Program. As the studio continues investing in modern equipment and technology, Max is helping students explore music beyond traditional instruments through DJing, recording, and production.

 

Max's musical background spans multiple areas of the industry. He has 15 years of drumming experience, 10 years of bass playing experience, and has performed in multiple bands throughout his career. He also brings 4 years of live performance experience, 4 years of live sound experience, and 3 years of studio recording experience as a musician.

 

These experiences allow him to provide students with practical knowledge of performing, collaborating with other musicians, and preparing for real-world musical situations.

 

Whether students are learning their first beat, preparing for a performance, or exploring music production, Max brings patience, enthusiasm, and extensive real-world experience to every lesson.
